Seminar On Guidance For Professional Growth of Teachers

 GUIDANCE FOR PROFESSIONAL GROWTH  OF TEACHERS 

On 17.02.2023, In our College we have arranged for seminar on the topic of "Guidance For Professional Growth of Teachers " for that occasion, Dr.V.Kumar, Joint Director, State Council of Educational Research and Training, Chennai, was the chief guest of the programme. He share his valuable experience and showers his thoughts to our buddies.



Teachers find it easy to get burdened with the grind of teaching. Professional development for teachers gives them a chance to step out of their routine— they become the student rather than the teacher. It keeps educators motivated as they know they get the professional assistance they need to be better teachers. It keeps educators motivated as they know they get the professional support they need to be better teachers. After all, professional development nurtures the skills of teachers willing to take on leadership positions in education, and teachers need to learn from other experienced leaders to become effective leaders themselves in the future.

 THIRD DAY OF CAMP On 08.02.2024, The Third day camp was organised by Pink house team members in a grand manner. The third day we have a Mass Yoga Practice in the morning  by our college Physical Director, Mrs. S.Sofia. She explained the benefits of Surya namaskar postures and we all had practice to it. In the same day, we have again in the useful meeting named, Traffic Rules and Regulations headed by Kavin Raj, RTO, Tiruchendur gave a talk on safety driving and how to avoid accidents while driving in detail manner. In this part of camp, we have learned "Preparation of Useful Products from Low cost Material" by Mr. S. Fourth Day Camp

 FOURTH DAY OF CAMP On 09.02.2024, The final day of the camp organised by Violet house team members. The day begins with "All Faith Prayer" in our college campus. We sang songs related to all religious gods and have a peaceful prayer. On the same day, we had a good Campfire organising guest lecture, by Mr. R.Aavudaiappan, explained the camping procedure and taught fire songs to us. The next session is on the topic of First Aid Training, guested by Dr.V. Pavanasa Kumar , Chef civil surgeon, Government Hospital, Tiruchendur. He had gave a good guidelines in first aid practice.

First Day Camp

BEGINNING OF CAMP On 06.02.2024,In our college we have engaged ourselves in Skill Development Training Camp Programme.  The first day of the camp was organised by blue house team members.It was inaugurated by Dr.P. Jeyanthi, Principal of Govindammal Adithanar College for Women, Tiruchendur. She has presented the inagural address by encouraging the students on the topic "Skills on Teacher Trainees"also she insists to read books and use technology to the upgraded version of future students handling techniques. Next session on the same day is in the topic of " Enhancing Leadership Qualities".For this occasion,Dr.S.Ganesh, Assistant Professor In Physical Education, Dr.Sivanthi Adithanar College of Physical Education, Tiruchendur, has invited our college and had a wonderful talking session.
