Demonstration of Micro Teaching



MICRO TEACHING 

From 6.11.2022 to 19.11.2022 we have engaged ourselves with teaching  practice and that made us to shaped our skills in teaching. In these nine days we have take part in seven skills. 

They are, 
  • Skill of stimulus variation
  • Skill of introducing a lesson 
  • Skill of explaining 
  • Skill of reinforcement 
  • Skill of probing questioning
  • Skill of  using black board
  • Skill of closure

In micro teaching practice  we have an opportunity to see our own video of teaching to clarify our mistakes and make our skills to develop  our interaction between the students and how to make them interest in listening classes by using  teaching  aid and models. We are separated as nine groups and each group has 12 members and every members have been monitored by one observer and  one timer to control our processing time to make as be alert in timing and in end of our class there comes an overall feedback from our observer to get how our teaching  is done. It was a memorable teaching practice for every student -teachers role.

Third Day Camp

 THIRD DAY OF CAMP On 08.02.2024, The Third day camp was organised by Pink house team members in a grand manner. The third day we have a Mass Yoga Practice in the morning  by our college Physical Director, Mrs. S.Sofia. She explained the benefits of Surya namaskar postures and we all had practice to it. In the same day, we have again in the useful meeting named, Traffic Rules and Regulations headed by Kavin Raj, RTO, Tiruchendur gave a talk on safety driving and how to avoid accidents while driving in detail manner. In this part of camp, we have learned "Preparation of Useful Products from Low cost Material" by Mr. S. Mano Prakash, Professor in Performing Arts, Dr. Sivanthi Adithanar College of Education, Tiruchendur gave a live demonstration in making candles. We all to had a practice demo in that moment. Fourth Day Camp

 FOURTH DAY OF CAMP On 09.02.2024, The final day of the camp organised by Violet house team members. The day begins with "All Faith Prayer" in our college campus. We sang songs related to all religious gods and have a peaceful prayer. On the same day, we had a good Campfire organising guest lecture, by Mr. R.Aavudaiappan, explained the camping procedure and taught fire songs to us. The next session is on the topic of First Aid Training, guested by Dr.V. Pavanasa Kumar , Chef civil surgeon, Government Hospital, Tiruchendur. He had gave a good guidelines in first aid practice.

First Day Camp

BEGINNING OF CAMP On 06.02.2024,In our college we have engaged ourselves in Skill Development Training Camp Programme.  The first day of the camp was organised by blue house team members.It was inaugurated by Dr.P. Jeyanthi, Principal of Govindammal Adithanar College for Women, Tiruchendur. She has presented the inagural address by encouraging the students on the topic "Skills on Teacher Trainees"also she insists to read books and use technology to the upgraded version of future students handling techniques. Next session on the same day is in the topic of " Enhancing Leadership Qualities".For this occasion,Dr.S.Ganesh, Assistant Professor In Physical Education, Dr.Sivanthi Adithanar College of Physical Education, Tiruchendur, has invited our college and had a wonderful talking session.
